Press release writing and distribution

Prepare your announcement

Send an approved draft or a summary with names, dates, quotes, source links and images you have permission to share. Tell us about any embargo or translation needs.

Choose editorial pitching or sponsored placement

Editors decide whether to run pitched stories. When sponsored placement is available, your quote identifies the publisher, fee, timing and disclosure terms before you book.

Agree on markets and fees

Start in one country or request a multi-country proposal. We confirm available outlets, writing, translation, distribution and placement fees before work begins.

See what was published

Ask for a report showing live links to published items and the status of pitches. A pitch and a confirmed publication are reported separately.

Questions about publication

Can I submit a release I’ve already written?

Yes. Paste the brief into the form or share a secure link to the draft and supporting materials.

Can you guarantee editorial coverage?

Editors make their own decisions. Any confirmed paid placement is quoted separately and labelled as sponsored.
